Who I Am
I am Rejoyce Lunceford. I am a small business owner, a wife, a mom, and an educator.
When I am not doing accounting things, I spend my free time with my family. We enjoy the out doors and take full advantage of Virginia's four seasons to bring a variety of outdoor activities to life. Personally, I prefer the warmer months!
I own a licensed CPA firm in the state of Virginia. I am a licensed CPA by the State of Virgina. My focus is building the legacy that your small business deserves to be and giving you the tools to create generational wealth.
History
I started out in a CPA firm like all good accounting graduates. I quickly moved into senior level corporate accountant roles after earning my masters degree working in non-profit, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and construction industries.
After 20 years in controller roles and finally in CFO roles, I decided it was time to be the entrepreneur and devote my time to things that make me happy.
My best moments are watching clients be successful in executing their plans to create wealth for their families.
My firm has grown exponentially, I have had the growth challenges that I have helped many business through. I have had to hire and fire employees just like what I have done for businesses I've worked for. I intimately know what you are going through and will help you come out the other side better than when you started!

Every one needs to know their why in life. I know my purpose and I live that out daily.
My clients are all very individual and unique. There is not a 1 size fits all model in my business. Each engagement is tailored to the needs of that business and the owners of that business.
